TCC: Napa wine trip (for members)  
September 10th -14th, 2025


Wine, Golf and our awesome Community!
Tucson Country Club members, join us in Napa this fall for an exclusive trip as we come together with the best community of friends to experience the best of Napa; wine, golf, wellness and camaraderie! Enjoy our favorite wine tasting experiences, and create lasting memories with fellow members. Life is better shared with friends, over a great bottle of wine!

Start your day feeling great with optional wellness activities - choose between two gyms on property, a leisurely bike ride or a walk through the resort's beautiful grounds. After a delicious morning breakfast we'll head off on our private luxury transportation to visit the top wineries in the region, experience exclusive tastings curated just for our group.  At night, evening Aperitivo or sunset happy hour at the resort will be followed by an opportunity to head into Napa for dinner, savoring the incredible cuisine the area has to offer all while sharing laughs with friends. 

One morning offers a choice: tee off for a round* at a nearby country club for our own TCC games (join in a bit of friendly competition!), or enjoy a morning of fitness and spa services*.

Stay: Meritage Resort and Spa Napa 

Join us for 5 days and 4 Nights at the beautiful Meritage Resort and Spa in the heart of Napa Valley. A sprawling estate spanning 36 acres, including 9 acres of lush vineyards, this enchanting retreat offers a quintessential wine country experience. Guests are welcomed into elegantly appointed guestrooms and suites, each meticulously designed to reflect the resort's modern vineyard-inspired aesthetic. Indulge in farm-to-table cuisine at Olive + Hay, Ember Steak, or any one of the wine tasting rooms situated across the resort or rejuvenate at Spa Terra nestled in an underground cave. Two workout facilities, spa, pools, jacuzzis and more 

Wineries:

On our trip to Napa we strive to bring you unique wine experiences, while sampling some of our favorite wine labels. From the caves to the tasting room, chardonnays to big cabs, we will visit and taste a wide variety of wine, all top tier in the industry.  We plan to visit approximately seven wineries* over our four day adventure, with some super special experiences packed in curated just for our group including wine overlooking unobstructed views of the valley at Mayacamas, Caymus, Miner, Alpha Omega and Kathrine Hall - one of the Gems of Napa.  Early sign-ups will have the opportunity to suggest some wineries they would like to visit and help shape the experience. Check back here for an updated list of wineries we will be visiting, or be surprised! This will be a great opportunity to fill your TCC wine lockers with fabulous wines!​​​

INDIVIDUAL RATE TCC Napa Trip: 
$5800

What's Included:

  • 4  nights and 5 days in a Meritage King at the Meritage Resort and Spa 

  • Airport transfers: to and from SFO at set times 

  • Daily Breakfast for two ($30 per person per day) at the Meritage

  • Access resort amenities: access two fitness facilities, fitness  classes, bikes, sprawling pools, lux cuisine and the resort's own tasting room 

  • Welcome Happy Hour on Wednesday at the resort 

  • Visit approximately 7+ exceptional wineries for tasting experiences:  join us on a top tier, uniquely curated wine tasting and touring journey

  • Luxury Transportation to all group events on the group schedule (and one airport transfer at set time on Wednesday and Sunday) 

  • One  Stunning Aperitivo Afternoon: happy hour at a very special location

  • Flights (Arrive into SFO by 2:00 pm September 20th)

  • Any wine purchased on the trip, shipping of the wine or additional purchases made 

  • Extra tips (if desired)

  • Transportation to events outside of the activities the group has scheduled, and transportation outside of the hours included in our schedule 

  • Any additional activities or winery visits not included in the group itinerary

  • Room upgrades are available for an extra cost
