We're headed to Tuscany.... 

Join us in beautiful Tuscany (my 2nd home!) for 6 nights and 7 days exploring Florence, and then making our way through the unsurpassed wine country of Tuscany, finishing in Rome. With 3 nights in Florence, followed by 3 nights in the wine country, this trip brings together the vibrant culture of the city (art, food, shopping!) with the authentic laid back Tuscan countryside (wine making, cooking, slower pace and stunning landscapes). 

During our time in Florence, we will start our days with movement - from a local yoga studio to one of my favorite gyms in the world - or morning walks to the Ponte Vechio. Days will be filled with walking the city to visit museums, art and a bit of history, wine education While on our journey through Tuscany,  experiencing the slower and more culturally focused life in Italy, we will also dive into Wine and Wellness. It's a perfect landscape to come back inspired, healthy, vibrant and connected to a great group of travelers through the love of wine, movement and learning. 

The wine portion will take us into the homes and wineries of some of the best wine makers in the world, savoring world class wine not often accessible to the United States. We will begin with some wine education on the varietals and regions of Tuscany (and other parts of Italy) while savoring exclusive wines in a magical wine cellar in the city. That will set the course for our journey through taste (and smell) over the coming days as we travel south into the wine country, having the opportunity to savor tuscan wine alongside other delicacies like their amazing olive oil, and of course incredible food pairings. Additionally you will be able to take home wine, olive oil and anything else to continue experiencing Italy on your return to the states. 

For the wellness portion of our trip, we will incorporate daily movement: yoga, pilates biking and more - not to mention loads of walking.  Taking classes in Italy as well as having our own curated private experiences to return home feeling great in our bodies.

Additionally, on this trip the educational piece continues as we dive into learning about Peptides.  We will have some master peptide professionals sharing their wisdom on the topic - and there will be oppertunities associated with the trip to experience peptides for
